Guys, the Great Race is here again, 22nd August 2020. Adrenalin pumping, male testosterone bubbling,
the upheave of engines raw, pure excitement, oooohhhhhhhhh
The biggest race of the
year, covering approximately 100 miles that starts in the Gulf of Paria in Trinidad
and finishes at Store Bay, Tobago through some tantalising and gruesome
offshore conditions.
The Great Race has been
running for over 50 years which is supported by the Trinidad and Tobago Powerboat Association. As thousands of fans and
spectators congregate throughout the islands at various vantage locations (Maracas Bay, etc.) to
grasp a view of the man/woman and machine against the untamed and mighty power of
nature – the quivering sea.
After the race, party at Store Bay, and across the island, where the locals and foreigners flock together in celebrating the event. Shocks!!!!!!!!!!!!.......COVID-19……Lawdddd……..Soooooooo………How we doing this again??????? No party this year or what??????......……Ouch ……Damnnnnn.
